About Me
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that won’t shift, or weighed down by past experiences, you’re not alone—and healing doesn’t have to mean reliving the pain.
Who Do I Help?
I work with adults, teens, and children who are struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, helping them calm the nervous system and feel more balanced and in control. Using gentle, brain-based approaches, I support clients in moving out of survival mode and into a place of greater ease, clarity, and resilience.
Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating intense emotions, or an adult feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Our work together is a collaborative process rooted in compassion, respect, and emotional safety. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world without pressure, moving at a pace that feels right for you. From there, we’ll gently identify your strengths, process challenging emotions, and develop practical tools to support lasting change.
My Approach to Healing
I believe your brain isn’t broken—it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you. Sometimes, though, those protective patterns can keep you feeling stuck, anxious, or on edge.
Using approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), The Cortina Method, and Neurofeedback, I help your brain and body process and release what’s been holding you back—without requiring you to talk through every painful detail.
This means therapy can feel:
- Safer
- Faster
- More comfortable
- More focused on real change
Therapy Style

My Philosophy
My work is grounded in a simple belief:
You are not broken.
Your brain and body have learned patterns to help you survive—and they can learn new ones that help you feel calm, confident, and in control.
Think of your mind and body like a path through a field. Over time, certain routes become worn in—shaped by where you’ve needed to walk again and again. Those paths made sense. They helped you move through difficult terrain the best way you knew how.
But sometimes, even when the landscape changes, your feet still follow the same familiar trail.
The path itself isn’t wrong—it’s simply well-practiced.
With time and gentle attention, new paths can form. At first they may feel unfamiliar, even uncertain. But with each step, they become a little clearer, a little easier to follow.
And gradually, you begin to move in a way that feels more open, more steady, and more like where you want to go.
